Cihu Presidential Burial Place
Cihu was known in earlier times as Biwei, and today it also has the nickname of Dongkou or "Tunnel Mouth," due to its location at the exit of the Baiji Tunnel. Cihu also reminded Chiang Kai-shek of his hometown in mainland China. The Cihu Villa was built here in 1959 for Chiang's use, and in 1962 the former ROC president had this area renamed as Cihu, or "Loving Mother Lake," in memory of his mother Wang Tsai-yu.

Long Lake (Longtan), or Long Lake (Longtan) Tourist Pond, is the most famous landmark in Long Lake (Longtan), Taoyuan. The pond was originally designed for irrigation. After the citizens built the majestic Nantian Palace on the small island of the pond, the view there became quite elegant. And with the complement of the Long Lake (Longtan) Tourist Suspension Bridge, the Long Lake (Longtan) Tourist Pond became a major recreation area for tourists. The most famous activity on the tourist pond is the annual dragon boat race. The Nantian Palace on the lake is a Taiwanese-style building. The richly ornamented building, with sculpted beams and glazed tiles, has an imposing exterior, and with the reflection of the building in the water, makes people feel as if they are in a poetic realm or a painting.

◎ Attractions:

Ruian Bridge spans Dahan River and can be found just below Zhongzheng Park. It connects to the cycling track on the left bank of Dahan River and is only available for use to pedestrians and cyclists. In addition to the lights which switch on at night that adds atmosphere to the night scenery of the Dahan River banks, the bridge was constructed using the Baroque style similar to the buildings on Daxi Old Street. The bridge connects Ruian Road Section 1 and Daxi Old Street, making it simple to take a tour of culture and food over the weekends.

Dating back to 1912, Zhongzheng Park is the 12th oldest park in Taiwan. The park is located along the terrace of the Daxi River linking with Daxi Old Street to the east, earning it the nickname of the flower garden of Daxi Street.

Located in Taoyuan County, Daxi Old Street is one of the famous Taiwan old streets that used to be a bustling hub for camphor and tea trades. Daxi Old Street is comprised of old stores on Heping Road, Zhongshan Road and Zhongyang Road. The town of Daxi boomed with trades of camphor and tea, and the passage of Daxi Old Street was built as a shortcut for workers to pass through so that they could transport goods without walking a long way.
